Verity Index mobile app
Verity Index is a mobile App, that enables users to directly record manual readings of Indexes on electricity, gas and power meters.
Prerequisites
To activate the access of Verity Index on your account, please contact our support team: https://help.opinum.com/tickets.
The mobile app is available to download for Android versions 6.0.0 and 11.0.0. An update is planned to target the latest version of the Android API and allow devices with an Android version higher than 11.0.0 to download it. If you need to install the application on your device before our update, please contact our support team: https://help.opinum.com/tickets.
Features
The app offers the following features:
Geolocation: allows to suggest to the user the meters that are closest by
Index verification: the App will show a warning if the new index is not online with previously measured indexes, prompting the user to verify the data input.
Local Database and remote sync: allows the user to record and verify indexes even in locations where no cellular network is available.
Important
There may be a delay of a few minutes between encoding your data in the Verity Index app and displaying it on the screen of Verity Insights.
